    2012...And we're off!

Talk about starting 2012 off with a bang...a pop...a drop it likes its hot...

I believe in being true to who you are...being authentic.  When you deliver a product that you've poured your heart and soul into, it shows.

I celebrated New Years Eve simultaneously with the one year anniversary of Smith Commons DC- the Washington, DC dining and public house our team completed just one short year ago.  I was overjoyed as the compliments continue to roll in- "the space looks and feels great" and I agree.  I agree not because I had a hand in it, but because it does.  I thoroughly enjoy being there.  The space feels amazing, the food is wonderful, the drinks are delightful and the music is always on point.

With a new year comes a set of new projects that I am so excited to be a part of.  First up is an intimate concert venue.  Planning has begun...stay tuned for pics and progress updates.  2012 is sure to ROCK!

    The stage is set...Lights...Camera...Sold!

Actors take your places-another staging project complete and this property is on its way to SOLD!

Staging a property can save the homeowner time and money.  Studies show that staged properties on average spend less time on the market and can distinguish them from the competition.  Preparing your home for prospective buyers gives them a pleasant experience and allows them to imagine themselves in the space. The investment to have your property staged by a professional can be worth its weight in gold.
